Prof. Ng has over 25 years of business experience across IT, business intelligence, digital healthcare, life science, and offshore engineering industries, serving as a global and regional business leader for Fortune 500 MNCs and local Chinese companies. She has proven track record of leading business double digit growth and successful development and implementation of major global IT project.

Prof. Ng also founded two NGOs, each has sustained over 10 years, to empower women’s full potential in various life stages and to nurture future youth leaders. She’s awarded the Outstanding Female Leader of the Year 2022 (by the Women Empowerment Council) and ESG She Power Female Trailblazer of the Year 2024 (by the China Association for the Promotion of Investment).

Prof. Ng is appointed Honorary Fellow of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China. She held global EMBA degree with the Chinese University of Hong Kong and PhD with the University of Nottingham UK.
